Police kills militants during raid on their cell

Police forces on Friday killed four militants during a security operation that aimed at arresting them. According to a statement issued on the Ministry of Interior’s Facebook page, they were attacked during a meeting in Giza governorate where they planned to carry out terrorist attacks.

700 Sentenced to Year in Prison in ‘Rabaa Dispersal’ Case for ‘Insulting Judicial System’

About 700 defendants in the case known as the “Rabaa sit-in dispersal” have been handed a one-year prison sentence. The defendants were sentenced to prison for insulting the judicial system and “destabilizing” the court session.
