If you are a subscriber of our mailing lists operated through Mailchimp, your Personal Data, which includes your name and email address, is stored on servers located in the United States. We retain the Personal Data you provide to the extent necessary to provide you access to and use of our Website and its functionalities (like for instance our newsletters), as well as to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
